皖速槐1号细根段温床催芽、扦插与芽苗移栽实用技术

Practical Techniques for Hotbed Germination of Fine Root-segments,Cuttage Propagation and Bud-stock Transplantation for the Variety Wansuhuai 1 of Robinia Pseudoacacia

为了确保新品种速生刺槐(皖速槐1号)的优良性状能遗传给子代,以该速生刺槐细根段扦插繁殖与壮苗培育为研究对象,从"圃地选择、苗床整地、根段剪取、温床催芽、根段扦插、苗床维护"等环节详细介绍芽苗培育技术;围绕"大田整地、基肥施用、土壤消毒、苗垄制作、地膜覆盖、芽苗移栽及田间管理"等方面总结出大田壮苗培育技术全过程。该技术对于根插育苗者具有较强的实践指导作用。

In this paper cuttage propagation with fine root-segments and strong stock cultivation of the variety wansuhuai 1 of Robinia pseudoacacia were the study objects to ensure the inheritance of the fine characters in the filial generation. Techniques for the bud-stock cultivation were introduced from the aspects of nursery field selection, nursery bed preparation, root-segment scissoring, hotbed germination, root-segment cuttage and nursery bed maintenance. The whole technical process for the strong stock field cultivation was introduced focusing on field preparation, base fertilizer application, soil disinfection, plantlet row preparation, plastic film mulching, bud-stock transplantation and field management. The techniques could provide good practical instructions for root cuttage propagation practitioners.
