摘要
以聚乙二醇400为液化剂,浓硫酸为催化剂,对竹粉进行微波辅助液化处理,分别讨论了催化剂浓度、液固比、反应时间和液化温度对液化率的影响。得到竹粉多元醇微波液化的优化工艺参数为:液化温度150℃、液固比4∶1、催化剂用量8%、液化时间8 min,所得液化体系的渣含量为3.4%。红外光谱分析结果说明,竹粉液化过程中主要发生的是木质素以及纤维素的醇解反应。
The Bamboo powder was liquefied by microwave heating with PEG400 as the liquefying reagents and sulfuric acid as catalytic. This paper discussed the influences of different factors on residue rate in liquefaction process. The result showed that only 3.4% of residue rate remained under the optimum conditions, which is microwave power of 500 W, the liquid-solid ratio of 4: 1, sulfuric acid amount of 8%, the temperature of 150℃, reaction time 8 minutes. The FT-IR analysis results indicated that the Bamboo powder mainly occurred the alcoholysis reaction of lignin and cellulose in the process of liquefaction.
