羧甲基辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的合成 被引量:1

摘要 以辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(RB-6)、氢氧化钠(NaOH)和氯乙酸钠(CEA-Na)为原料,通过液相色谱测定反应产物中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚RB-6的含量,研究了RBC-6的合成条件.结果表明,RB-6、NaOH和CEA-Na物质的量的比为1.0:2.0:1.2,在70℃反应6h,RB-6有较高的转化率.以此条件合成了氧乙烯链节数不同的RBC-4、RBC-6、RBC-7、RBC-9和RBC-10.评价结果表明,在矿化度为22×104mg/L、钙镁离子含量为1.2× 104mg/L的塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏地层水中,RBC-6、RBC-7、RBC-9和RBC-10具有较好的溶解性,其中RBC-7在0.03%~0.20%的质量分数范围内使油水界面张力降至10-2mN/m数量级,并且具有良好的耐温能力和洗油能力. The octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether( RB- 6),sodium hydroxide( NaOH) and sodium chloroacetate( CEA- Na) were used as raw materials and the synthesis condition of RBC- 6 was studied through liquid chromatography to determine the content of polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether in reaction product. The results show that the substance amount ratio of RB- 6,NaOH and CEA- Na is 1. 0∶ 2. 0∶ 1. 2. After 6 hours reaction under the temperature of 70℃,RB- 6 gains a higher conversion rate. The RBC- 4,RBC- 6,RBC- 7,RBC_9 and RBC- 10 with different ethylene oxide chain link were synthesized under the same condition. The evaluation illustrates that RBC- 6,RBC- 7,RBC- 9 and RBC- 10 have better solubility in Tahe oilfield formation water with the salinity of 22 × 104mg / L and the calcium and magnesium content of 1. 2 × 104mg / L. When the mass fraction is from 0. 03%- 0. 20%,the RBC- 7 reduces the oil- water interfacial tension to the order of magnitude10- 2mN / m and has good temperature tolerance and displacement capacity.
