摘要 为解决低渗透疏松砂岩油藏储层低产、出砂的问题,开展了纤维压裂技术的研究。结合储层特点,通过实验评价了纤维的分散性及纤维对裂缝导流能力和压裂液携砂性能的影响,优选出了纤维的加入方式和用量。研究表明,纤维的加入对裂缝的导流能力影响较小,且能大幅度提高压裂液携砂性能;现场施工时应先配好交联液,再将纤维与陶粒同时加入,其中纤维加入量不宜过大。现场试验表明,措施后出砂量明显减少,由3.00 m3/d减至0.01m3/d,产量明显增加,由6.15 m3/d增至24.80 m3/d,增加303%。 In order to solve the low production and sand production problems in low- permeability unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,the research on fiber fracturing has been carried out. Combined with reservoir property,the fiber dispersion,the effect of fiber on fracture conductivity and sand carrying capacity of fracturing fluid are evaluated through laboratory experiment. The results show that the addition of fiber in fracturing fluid has little effect on fracture conductivity and can greatly improve the sand carrying capacity of fracturing fluid. After preparation of cross- linked fluid before the reservoir fracturing,the fiber and ceramic should be added simultaneously,and the amount of fiber is not too large. Pilot test shows that the fiber fracturing significantly reduces the sand production and improves the oil production. The sand production varies from 3. 00 m3/ d to 0. 01 m3/ d. The oil production increases from 6. 15 m3/ d to 24. 80 m3/ d,and the relative growth is 303%.
