摘要
运用数值模拟技术,开展了利用过路油水井进行堵剂井间定位放置深部调剖技术优化研究.在平面上,根据井距和油水井间优势通道分布特征划分为9种典型区域,确定了可供利用的过路井的分布范围,且其优先次序具有沿主流线优先、靠近注水井优先的特征.在纵向上,正韵律及复合韵律储层最佳封堵位置为储层下部,合理堵剂用量为大于0.12倍高渗带体积,合理的调剖轮次以1~2次为宜.该优化技术为定点放置调剖的选井、选层以及工艺设计提供了技术支撑.在孤岛油田某区块调剖应用,取得了很好的效果,单井累计增油2 102 t,有效期达26个月.
The research of plugging agent inter- well placing in in- depth profile control on crossing oil and water wells is performed through reservoir numerical simulation. On the plane,the available crossing wells distribution and nine typical regions are identified according to well spacing and dominant channel distribution between oil and water wells. The main streamline and the region near the water wells have priority. In the vertical direction,the optimal plugging position for reservoir with positive rhythm and composite rhythm is the lower part of reservoir,the reasonable amount of plugging agent is greater than 0. 12 times of the volume of high- permeability belt,and the reasonable profile control rounds are 1- 2 times. The optimization technology could provide technological support to well selection of plugging agent inter- well placing profile control,reservoir selection and processing design. This technology has been applied in one of the blocks in Gudao oilfield and achieves better application results. The cumulative increase in single- well production is 2 012 t,and period of validity lasts 36 months.
