摘要
本文通过Ф2.2×45 m回转窑和24罐8层火道顺流式罐式炉,生产同一产地石油焦,质量和灰分对比分析,认为罐式炉的碳质烧损大于回转窑的碳质烧损。
In Carbon calcining process , the common view is that carbon loss in the tank furnace is less than that in the rota-ry kiln.This paper comparatively analyzes the quality and ash contents of the products produced by the φ2.2 ＆#215;45m rotary kiln and the tank furnace of 24 cans and 8 layers downstream flues , feeded with the same raw material for the calcined coke.The authors believes that the carbon loss in the tank furnace is greater than that in the rotary kiln .
