浅析螺纹钢成品波浪弯缺陷的工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 本文介绍轧制热轧带肋钢筋时,在对定尺剪剪切后的定尺成品观察后,成品外观呈周期性的波浪形状,经过测量严重部位的单米弯曲度在0.4%~0.10%,不满足《GB 1499.2-2007钢筋混凝土用钢》国标要求,同时影响着产品外观质量;工艺改进之后,无论产品总长度弯曲度还是单米弯曲度,均控制在国标4%的范围内,进一步提高了产品外观质量,提高了酒钢热轧带肋钢筋的品牌形象。 When observing finished products after the procedure of length shear during the production of hot ribbed bars , periodic wave-shaped bending is found on the appearance of finished products .The most serious parts are measured to have a 0.4%~0.10%bending degree per meter which fails to meet the standard of <GB 1499.2-2007 for concrete reinforcement steel>, and has a bad influence on appearance quality of finished products .After improving the process , either bending de-gree of total length or per meter is controlled within 4%recording to the standard mentioned before .This achievement plays a great role in further improving appearance quality and contributes a lot to the hot ribbed bar brand image of JISCO .The specifics will be discussed in this paper .
