变频器是工业上常用的、重要的交流传动调速设备,为保证电气设备的稳定运行、可靠工作起到很重要的作用。总结了华鹭铝业有限公司铝电解厂房中25 t桥式吊车和铝用多功能机组上应用的各种型号的工业变频器,对使用中发生的常见故障的原因进行了分析及处理,同时列举维修实例,对于使用同种型号的变频器产生的故障处理,有一定的借鉴作用。
