摘要
本文深入分析了某20万t锌冶炼企业生产工艺、电锌加工成本、原料计价、期间费用等情况,并对当前企业成本管理和经营运行中存在的问题,提出了控制及管理对策。
This paper analyzes the production processes , electrolytic zinc processing costs , raw material pricing , fees, etc in a zinc smelter of 200,000 tons capacity.Control and management strategies are proposed to solve the problems encoun-tered currently in the cost management and operation .
