摘要
与常规的阳离子捕收剂做比较,对BK430在某高硅胶磷矿中反浮选脱硅的应用进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在酸性条件下,磨矿细度为-74μm占55%,以BK430为脱硅捕收剂,对原矿反浮选脱镁的粗精矿经过一次粗选、五次精选全开路浮选流程,可以获得含P2O530.39%,含SiO212.79%的磷精矿,P2O5回收率为92.70%。
Compared with traditional cation collectors,an experimental study on the application of BK430 in removing silicon from a high silicious collophanite has been done.The results of the study show that under acidic condition and with a grinding fineness of 55 %-passing 74μm,using BK430 as the collector for removing silicon,a phosphor concentrate containing 30.39% P2O5 and 12.79% SiO2 with 92.70% P2O5 recovery can be obtained by a open-circuit flotation with one roughing and five cleaning satges.
