摘要
在不同海拔进行水下爆破工程时,因水体表面压力随海拔的升高而线性降低,装药在该环境下的破岩能力是否发生变化对水下爆破装药量以及岩石破碎度分布具有重大意义.文中采用抽取密闭爆炸容器气体的方式模拟不同海拔条件,以8号雷管作为爆源进行水泥砂浆试件爆破试验.结果表明,在海拔0~4500 m范围内随着气压降低,试块的破岩效果基本保持不变;在设定的大、中、小块尺寸分布中,中块率保持在55%~70%,大块和小块的比例大部分均小于30%.
The air pressure of water surface decreases linearly with the altitude increasing for underwater explosion engineering in areas with different altitude,it has very important significance for the charge quantity and rock fragmentation whether rock breaking capability changes or not after the charge explosion.Blasting test for cement mortar block is carried out by using No.8 detonator as blasting source in underwater condition which is simulated in explosion vessel.The research show that the rock-breaking effect keep unchanged when the air pressure decreases gradually in the range of 0 ~4500 m,In a fragment size distribution classified as large,medium and small,the proportion of the medium size is kept in the range of 55% to 70%,the proportion of the large and the small sizes being under 30% .
