辽宁某金矿石中金的重浮联选工艺流程研究 被引量:4

摘要 某金矿矿石中可回收的元素为金、银,且含量较高,有害元素较少。金属矿物多为硫化物,矿石中金的嵌布粒度不均匀,通过单一浮选与重浮联选对比试验研究,该矿石采用重浮联选回收金矿物选别指标较好,试验在原矿品位Au 19.56g/t条件下,重选获得精矿品位740.40g/t,金回收率61.70%;重选尾矿经浮选后精矿金品位106.5 g/t,金回收率33.92%,金合计回收率95.62%。为该金矿的合理开发提供了技术依据。 The main elements able to be recovered in a gold ore are gold and silver,the content of which is high and the poisonous elements are relatively less. The main metal mineral is sulfide, in which the gold is unevenly disseminated. The contrast test showed that the single flotation was better than the combination of flotation and gravity separation when the gold was recovered. Under the condition of that the Au grade of the raw ore was 19.56g/t. The concentrate with the grade of 740.40g/t and the gold recovery of 61.70% could be obtained through gravity separation. By flotation of the tailings the concentrate with the gold grade of 106.5g/t and the gold recovery of 33.92% could be obtained. The total gold recovery could reach 95.62%. It provides a technical basis for the development of the mine.
