摘要
目前MgO在烧结矿中研究大多在烧结工艺层面,即MgO对烧结矿冶金性能的影响,但对于烧结过程来说,研究的还比较少,特别是不同烧结条件下MgO在烧结矿中的分布规律还没有系统的介绍。通过烧结实验和X射线衍射,系统分析了MgO在不同碱度、不同温度、不同Al2O3含量等条件在烧结矿中的分布规律,为合理的烧结配矿提供理论依据。
Most of the current research in the sintering process MgO levels in sinter, that affect the metallurgical prop- erties of MgO on Sinter, but for the sintering process, the research is still relatively small, especially under different sinte- ring conditions MgO in the sinter ore distribution no systematic presentation. The sintering experiment and analysis of X - ray diffraction analysis of MgO system with different basicity, temperature distribution in different conditions, with different Al2 O3 contentin sinter, and provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable ore blending.
