摘要
针对石油管L80-13Cr因加工特殊扣的需要,要求尺寸精度高的情况,通过试验对采用离心坯和锻造坯挤压管的尺寸精度进行了对比分析,结果表明:采用离心浇注管坯挤压钢管,在尺寸精度的控制上要远优于锻坯的挤压钢管,尤其是在壁厚偏心问题上,采用离心浇注管坯作挤压钢管能够得到很好的解决。
The casing L80 - 13Cr should have a high size accuracy to meet the requirements of special buckle work- ing. Through comparing with the size accuracy of extrusion pipe coming from centrifugal billet and forging billet, the result shows that the size accuracy of extrusion steel pipe used centrifugal billet is much better than the pipe of forging billet, es- pecially on the wall thickness and eccentricity, which can be solved by the extrusion pipe of centrifugal billet.
