摘要
针对目前莱钢生产的履带钢表面硬度值偏低问题,通过提高钢中合金元素Cr和Ti的含量与改进热处理工艺等措施的综合实施,获得了比较良好稳定的表面硬度,满足了特殊环境下履带钢具有耐磨性的使用要求。
According to the lower surface hardness of track steel produced by Laiwu steel in the current, a series of measures such as increasing the content of alloy elements Cr and Ti and improving heat treatment process are taken to get a fine and stable surface hardness and meet the requrements of abrasion resistance under special environment.
