摘要
对汽车座椅调角器零件进行了冲压工艺分析和20个工位级进模的排样设计,介绍了汽车座椅调角器支架的多工位级进模结构特点。模具结构紧凑,可实现自动送料,卸料效率和生产效率高,可为同类汽车零件的模具设计提供参考。
The stamping process of a vehicle seat angle regulator stent was analyzed and the layout of a progressive die with 20-working position was designed. The structure and design characteristics of the die were discussed.
