摘要
根据弯钩浇口设置在定模的特殊情况,设计了一种组合式的加速顶出机构,详细阐述了该机构的结构组成及工作过程,对机构的关键技术参数进行了研究。试模证明:机构设计合理,可以实现塑件倒扣的抽芯和弯钩浇口的脱模。
A combined accelerated ejection mechanism was designed according to the state that the banana gate is set in the front mould. The structure composition and working prin- ciple of the nmchanism were discussed; and the critical technology parameters of the mech anism were theoretically studied. The experimental result shows that the mechanism can re alize the core-pulling of up-side-down product and demoulding of banana gate.
