摘要
分析了扩口类管件结构及成型工艺,以?75mm扩口管件为例详细介绍了扩口管件注射模的结构,阐述了扩口管件模具抽芯机构、锁模机构以及定位机构等的设计,叙述了模具工作过程,可为扩口类模具设计提供思路。
The structure and forming process of a flaring pipe fitting was analyzed; and the structure and working process of an injection mould for a φ75 mm flaring pipe fitting were presented, in particular the flaring, core-pulling, mould clamping and positioning mech anism.
