Life Education:the Origin of Legal Education in Colleges and Universities

法律素质的提升不仅是法律知识的普及,更在于法律意识的增强和法律信仰的形成。生命伦理观的理念教育对于受教育者的法律素养形成至关重要。从生命伦理角度而言,人类对生命的漠视是诱发暴力犯罪的始因。生命伦理观的培养理应融入到高校法制教育中,在目前多元化的法制教育体系中,高校法制教育是最重要的环节,而在这其中应将生命教育作为原点,由此引导受教育者反思生命意义,领悟生命价值,认同法治的内在精神从而内化于自身,方能最终实现法制教育的真正目的。

Improving legal quality is not only to popularize law,but also to strengthen law consciousness and to form legal belief.The education of the life ethical view is important to form legal accomplishment for educatee.From the perspective of the life ethical,the disregard for life is the cause of violent crimes.So the training of the life ethical view should be integrated into the colleges and universities education.Legal education in colleges and universities is the most important part in multiplex legal education systems.And at the same time,the training of the life ethical view should be made as the origin in order to lead educatees to rethink the life consciousness,understand the value of life and identify the inner spirit of law and then internalize in themselves.In this way,the aims of legal education can be finally fulfilled.
