The development of mass communication has a signifi-cant impact on social life, and also puts forward a new topic for the current ideological and political education.As a ＂dou-ble-edged sword＂, it brings both challenges and opportunities. How to avoid disadvantages and use it reasonably is an important issue. This article tries to interpret the unique dissemination pro-cess of information, by placing ideological and political education under the vision of communication, and thus puts forward the writer＇s own views on how to improve the effectiveness of ideolog-ical and political education, which is based on a new perspective.
