摘要 实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划",走内涵式的发展道路,是我国高等工程教育主动服务国家教育发展战略部署的重要举措,其中关键在师资。本文从地方本科院校青年教师培养结果与评价指标之间的时空关系出发,认为建立科学有效的培养结果评价指标体系,可以改变教师队伍工程实践经验薄弱的现状,促进课程体系和教学内容更新,提高师资队伍的综合素质和教学质量。 To implement"excellent engineer education and train-ing program" and take the connotation-based development road is an important act of the development strategy of actively serving nation education by higher engineering education in China, and the key is teaching staff. Starting from the time-space relation-ship between the results of youth teacher cultivation in local un-dergraduate universities and the evaluation index, this paper holds that the establishment of a scientific and effective evalua-tion index system for cultivation results can change the current situation that teachers' experience on engineering practice is weak, promote the update of curriculum system and teaching content, and improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching staff and teaching quality.
