The innovation and management of staff education and training in the new situation is the basis for the survival and de-velopment of modern enterprises. This paper first introduced the problems existing in staff education and training, then elaborated the necessity of staff education and training innovation in the new situation, and finally made an in-depth analysis on measures of enhancing the innovation and management of staff education and training in the new situation. It focused on the innovation of training contents and forms, as well as the process management of education and training.
