The head teacher is not only the manager of a class, but also the engineer shaping students＇ soul and the guide of stu-dents＇ healthy growth and development. The content of class management is various and complicated, so it is more of an art than a branch of knowledge. Combined with the writer＇s years of experience as a head teacher and the methods that have been learned, this paper preliminarily explored how to scientifically and effectively carry out head teachers＇ work. The aim is to offer a reference and make progress together with the readers.
