摘要
班主任不仅是班级的管理者,更是塑造学生灵魂的工程师,是学生健康成长发展的引路人。班级管理工作内容多、繁琐复杂,既是一门学问,更是一种艺术。本文拟结合自己多年的班主任工作经验与所学到的方法,对如何科学有效地开展班主任工作进行初步探讨。旨在抛砖引玉,共同提高。
The head teacher is not only the manager of a class, but also the engineer shaping students' soul and the guide of stu-dents' healthy growth and development. The content of class management is various and complicated, so it is more of an art than a branch of knowledge. Combined with the writer's years of experience as a head teacher and the methods that have been learned, this paper preliminarily explored how to scientifically and effectively carry out head teachers' work. The aim is to offer a reference and make progress together with the readers.
