浅谈教学工作中心理换位的效果

摘要 心理换位又称为换位的思考,指的是人和人的心理上互换位置,是指设身处地,以别人的处境进行思考,站在别人的角度去体验别人的感情。当对某人的言行产生一种不满情绪时,可将自己想象成对方,站在对方的立场去想一想。教师应该多站在学生的角度去想问题,充分理解学生的心理,化解与学生的对立情绪,从而达到调节自己不良情绪的目的,理智地解决在教学当中所遇到的各种问题。 Mental transpositional, also called transpositional thinking, refers to switching positions mentally among people, thus considering issues in others' situations and experiencing others' emotions from their perspectives. When unsatisfied with certain people's words and behavior, one can image himself or herself to be the other side and consider the issue from the stand-point of the other side. The teacher should consider issues from the perspectives of students in order to fully understand their psychologies and eliminate the antagonism between students, thereby adjusting abnormal feelings and reasonably solving vari-ous problems encountered in teaching.
