高校应对突发事件的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Coping with Emergencies in Colleges and Universities

本文从对高校突发事件概念定义的阐述出发,分析了当前高校突发事件的类型。提出了强化社会治安综合治理,优化高校环境,建立完善突发事件的应急机制,制定处置突发事件的工作预案,加强对师生员工应急法规意识教育等高校应对突发事件的对策。

Starting from interpreting the definition of emergencies in colleges and universities, this paper analyzed the types of the current emergencies, and proposed countermeasures of coping with emergencies in colleges and universities, including the strengthening of comprehensive management of public security, the optimization of university environment, the establishment and perfection of emergency response mechanism, the formulation of pre-arranged plan for emergencies, and the education of teachers and students＇ awareness of emergency laws and regulations.
