浅谈研究生会在研究生教育管理中的作用——以南京工业大学研究生会为例

A Brief Discussion on the Role of the Graduate Student Union in Graduate Education Management: A Case Study on the Graduate Student Union of Nanjing University Of Technology

研究生会及其成员是高校研究生教育管理的组织者和实践者,发挥并利用好研究生会的主动性和积极性,有利于研究生教育管理工作的开展。本文以南京工业大学研究生会为例,通过探讨分析研究生会的定位及其在研究生教育管理中的作用,并提出进一步发挥研究生会在研究生教育管理中的作用的途径,以期促进研究生会在学校研究生教育管理中实现应有价值。

The graduate student union and its members is the or-ganizer and practitioner of university graduate education man-agement, therefore, to strengthen the functions of the initiative and enthusiasm of the graduate student union is conducive to the implementation of graduate education management. Taking the Graduate Student Union of Nanjing University of Technology as the example, this paper explored and analyzed the orientation of the graduate student union and its role in graduate education management, and then proposed approaches of further playing its role in graduate education management, hoping to make the graduate student union actualize its due value in graduate educa-tion management.
