青光眼发病与心理因素相关性

Association of psychological factors with glaucoma

目的了解青光眼患者的情绪、睡眠质量及人格特征。方法选取在哈尔滨某三甲医院眼科住院的99例青光眼患者为青光眼组,同时以99名参加健康体检人员为对照组,采用Beck抑郁自评量表(BDI)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、焦虑状态-特质量表(STAI)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)及一般资料问卷进行调查。结果青光眼组患者焦虑、抑郁得分M、QR分别为(44.00,12.00)和(3.00,7.00)分,均高于对照组的(42.00,21.75)和(0.00,2.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青光眼组AIS总分和总体睡眠质量评价得分M、QR分别为(6.00,6.00)和(1.00,2.00)分,均高于对照组的(3.50,6.00)和(0.00,1.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青光眼组精神质、内外向性、神经质得分的M、QR分别为(7.00,4.00)、(8.00,6.00)、(8.00,9.00)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者具有外向、神经质、精神质的人格特征,存在抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪,睡眠质量较差。

Objective To investigate the status of emotion, sleep quality and personality characteristics among glau- coma patients. Methods Totally 99 glaucoma patients and 108 healthy subjects were recruited and asked to complete Beck Depression Inventory （BDI）, Athens Insomnia Scale（ AIS ）, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI） and Eysenck Per- sonality Questionnaire（EPQ）and a self-composed general questionnaire. The data were analyzed with statistic means of nonparametric test. Results The score of depression （ 44.00 _± 12. 00 ） and anxiety （ 3.00 _± 7.00 ） of glaucoma patients were higher than those of the control group（P 〈0. 05 for all）. The score of overall satisfaction of sleep quality（ 1.00 _±2. 00） and AIS total score （ 6. 00 ± 6. 00） of glaucoma patients were higher than those of the control group （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Glau- coma patients had higher scores for neuroticism （ N ） （ 8.00 ± 9. 00 ） , extroversion-introversion （ E ） （ 8.00 ± 6. 00 ）, and psychoticism（P） （7. 00± 4. 00 ） than the control group. Conclusion Glaucoma patients are more likely to have depres- sion, anxiety and poor sleep quality and have higher scores of neuroticism, extroversion, and psychoticism.
