＂Dual system＂ vocational education mode is one of the effective way in adult higher vocational education. The teaching organization of ＂ dual system＂ adult higher vocational education should follow the pertinence principle,flexibility principle,shared principles and win- win principle; and involves not only the task of teaching,teaching management,system management,and appraisal management,as well as its service and support mechanism.
