摘要
P.E.T.家庭教育模式是由美国著名的心理学家托马斯·戈登于20世纪60年代创立的。其主要内容可以概括为:"一个原则,四套方案。"一个原则就是"问题归属原则",四套方案是针对四种不同的问题而提出相应的解决技巧,P.E.T.作为一套以人本主义心理学为基础的家庭教育模式,其中彰显的平等、尊重、信任、民主的理念,为当前社区家庭教育的有效开展提供了重要的参考。
Model of P. E. T. family education is founded by the famous psychologist American Thomas Gor- don in twentieth Century 60's. The core idea is the principle of attribution problem. The main contents can be summarized as follows : first, if children have a problem, to use active listening skills; second, if parents have a problem, to the I-scheme ; third, if parents and children is a problem on the demand side, the win- win pattern ; fourth, if parents and children in respect of the outlook of value is a problem, the use of "dem- onstration effect". The idea of equality, respect, trust and democracy showed in P. E. T. , as a set of hu- manistic psychology based family education model, provides an important reference to the community family education in American and even the whole world.
