摘要 为降低汽车的坡道起步控制难度,提高控制效果,对基于EPB的汽车坡道起步自动控制技术展开研究.分析了汽车坡道起步过程中的受力变化及自动控制需求,并对基于EPB系统实现汽车坡道起步自动控制的可行性进行探讨.提出基于角度传感器的坡道阻力计算方法,设计了坡道起步过程中驱动力与驻车制动力的协调控制策略.编写了EPB系统的坡道起步控制软件,并在装备了EPB和自动变速器的实验车辆上对控制策略进行了验证,证明控制策略是可行的. The hill-start auto control technology based on the EPB was researched in order to reduce the control difficulty and improve the effect. The requirements of hill-start were analyzed for the force change when vehicles start on the ramp. The possibility of hill-start auto control based on the EPB system was discussed. A method of calculating the ramp resistance based on the sensor was proposed. The control strategies for EPB coordinated with the driving force was designed. A hill-start software for EPB was developed, and the control strategies were validated through vehicle test showing their feasible.
