摘要
主要研究了纳米碳酸钙对高抗冲PVC树脂性能的影响。结果表明:在加入15份纳米碳酸钙时,纳米碳酸钙/高抗冲PVC复合材料的冲击强度可达63.21 kJ/m2,是普通PVC树脂的15倍,是高抗冲PVC树脂的4倍,极大地增强了PVC的韧性。
The effects of nano calcium carbonate on the properties of high impact PVC resins were mainly studied. The results showed that: when adding 15 parts of nano calcium carbonate, the impact strength of nano calcium carbonate/high impact PVC composites could reach 63.21 kJ/m2 , which was 15 times that of ordinary PVC resim, and 4 times that of high impact PVC resins. The toughness of PVC was greatly enhanced.
