锌α2-糖蛋白与肿瘤研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 锌α2-糖蛋白（Zinc-α2-glycoprotein,AZGP1）是一种分布于多种体液中且功能复杂的蛋白质,因此成为多种学科的研究热点。早在1961年Burgi W等就对正常人血浆中的AZGP1进行了分离提纯,并对其化学结构及化学特性进行研究。AZGP1是一种41 kDa的分泌性糖蛋白,因能够被锌离子沉淀而得名,并存在于多种体液中。
