颅脑创伤诊疗新进展 被引量：12

摘要 创伤性脑损伤（traumaticbraininjury，TBI），简称颅脑创伤，是威胁人类生命的主要伤病之一。随着社会经济水平的不断提高，高速交通工具的应用更为普及，建筑业的高速发展，加之出现的各种快速、刺激性的体育运动，使TBI的发生率呈持续攀升的趋势。TBI，尤其是重型TBI（GCS≤8分），因其高病死率和高致残率，给社会和家庭带来了沉重的负担。国内外学者和临床医疗工作者经过数十年坚持不懈的努力，对TBI发病机制的认识已不断深入，
