摘要
目的采用Meta分析的方法评价转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-β1)基因-509C/T多态性与牙周炎的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、中国知网、万方和中国生物医学文献数据库,查找国内外公开发表的TGF-β1基因-509C/T多态性与牙周炎相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均为1990-01-01至2013-08-08,并追溯纳入文献的参考文献,由2位评价员独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入4个病例-对照研究,包括牙周炎患者342例,对照组347例。Meta分析结果显示,各基因模型均无统计学意义。C/T vs.C/C,OR=0.83,95%CI=0.59-1.17,P=0.29;T/T vs.C/C,OR=0.66,95%CI=0.29-1.50,P=0.32;(C/T+T/T)vs.C/C,OR=0.78,95%CI=0.55-1.12,P=0.18;T/T vs.(C/T+C/C),OR=0.75,95%CI=0.32-1.72,P=0.49;T vs.C,OR=0.83,95%CI=0.60-1.16,P=0.50。结论 TGF-β1基因-509C/T多态性可能与牙周炎发病无关。
Objective To evaluate the association between periodontitis and-509C/T polymoq)hism in transforming growth factor betal (TGF-β1) gcne. Methods The PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, WanFang, and CBM databases were searched from January 1 , 1990 to August 8, 2013 to collect case-control studies about the relationship between periodontitis and-509C/T polymorphism in TGF- β1 gene. Two reviewers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, evalua- ted the quality. Then the recta-analysis was conducted using Statal2.0 software. Results A total of 4 case-cnntrol studies involving 342 in pefiodontitis and 347 healthy volunteers were included. The results of recta-analysis showed that there was no statistically signifi- cant association between-509C/T polymorphism and periodontitis. For C/T vs. C/C, OR = 0.83, 95% Cl = 0.59-1.17, P = 0.29 ; for T/Tvs. C/C, OR=0.66,95%C1=0.29-1.50, P=0.32; for (C/T+T/T) vs. C/C, OR=0.78,95%C1=0.55-1.12, t'=0.18; forT/Tvs. (C/T+C/C), 0R=0.75, 95%C1=0.32-1.72, P=0.49; forTys. C, OR=0.83, 95%CI=0.60-1.16, P=0.50. Conclusions The-509C/T polymorphism in TGF-β1 gene may have no association with periodontitis. [ Key words]
