营养膳食因素调节同型半胱氨酸代谢的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是蛋氨酸(methionine,Met)代谢的中间产物,血浆Hcy水平的升高不仅与肝硬化、慢性肾病、神经系统疾病、妊娠高血压综合征等疾病有密切关系,而且还是心血管疾病的独立危险因素HJ。流行病学调查和临床研究表明,不但性别和遗传等因素与高Hey相关,而且营养膳食因素也是导致高Hcy血症的重要原因。笔者就营养物质在Hcy代谢过程中的调节作用做一综述。
