摘要
复杂地形下的长距离浆体管道在运行与事故停机时 ,都会产生由管内输送介质密度不同所引起的动压和静压的变化。本文对各种工况下的最大压力分布作了分析研究 ,为复杂地形下管线的优化设计、合理地选择管材和计算管壁厚度提供了依据。
During the operation and shutdown of long distance slurry pipeline under complicated topography, the variation both in dynamic and static pressure will be resulted from different media density inside the transportation pipe. In this paper, the maximum pressure distribution in various working condition was analyzed and studied, which provides a foundation for optimization design of pipelines under complicated topography and for reasonable selection of pipe materials and calculation of pipe wall thickness.
