女子院校实践性教学体系的构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of Practical Teaching System in Women's University

实践教学对人才培养具有重要的意义和作用。实践性教学体系是实践育人理念渗透在整个人才培养过程中所形成的带有突出实践特征的教学体系,它把实践教学理论与方法贯穿于实践教学的全过程,强调实践教育的整体性、系统性、针对性和有效性。为培养合格的应用型女性人才,中华女子学院构建了实践性教学体系,其实践经验对其他女子院校乃至普通高校都具有借鉴意义。

Practical teaching is of great importance and function to the cultivation of talented people. Practical teaching system is a system with distinct characteristic of practice which is infiltrated and constructed in the whole process of talents cultivation in implementing the concept of educating students through practice. Practical teaching system puts the theories and approaches of practical teaching into the whole process of practical teaching. It emphasizes on the integrity as well as its systemic, targeted and effective characteristic. China Women＇s University （CWU） is a practical women＇ s university of undergraduate. To cultivate qualified talented women with practical skills, CWU has constructed a practical teaching system. Our practical experiment will be a reference to women＇s universities and other general colleges.
