大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎及对患者血清NO影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Dachengqi Decoction on Acute Pancreatitis and NO in Patient's Serum

目的:观察大承气汤对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果及对患者血清NO的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:60例急性胰腺炎随机分为两组,在常规西医治疗基础上,设服用大承气汤组为治疗组,未服用大承气汤组为对照组。观察患者腹痛腹胀缓解时间、恶心呕吐缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间,并且测定患者入院前及入院后第3天、第7天、第14天血清NO水平。结果:治疗组能更有效改善患者症状、体征,阻止NO水平的下降。结论:大承气汤能明显改善急性胰腺炎患者肠麻痹症状,缩短病程,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦,并且能够通过提高血清NO水平,提高机体清除氧自由基的能力,改善微循环障碍,减少组织损伤。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects and serum NO changes in patients with acute pancreatitis treated with Dachengqi decoction,and to explore the mechanism. Methods：Sixty cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups,and both groups were routinely treated with western medicine. Pa- tients treated with the Dachengqi decoction are classified as the treatment group,and others were as the control group. Systemically we observed the relieving time of abdominal pain and distension,the relieving time of nausea and vomiting, and the recovering time of gastrointestinal function ,and also tested the levels of serum NO in patients before the admission and on the 3,7 and 14 day after admission. Result： Dachengqi decoction could significantly improve symptoms of patients wiih acute pancreatitis,and prevent the decline in the level of NO. Conclusions：Dachengqi decoction can significantly improve symptoms of pancre- atitis patients with acute intestinal paralysis,reduce the disease course,shorten hospitalization,and relieve suffering of patients. Besides,it could increase serum NO levels to improve the body＇s ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals,and improve microcirculation to reduce tissue iniurv.
