中低品位磷矿生产不结块过磷酸钙的研究

Study on the production of no caking SSP with mid and low grade phosphate rock

针对我国磷矿总储量的 90 %为中低品位矿的现实 ,通过大量的工业试验研究 ,提出了利用中低品位磷矿生产不结块过磷酸钙的方法。试验证明 :利用这种方法不仅可获得疏松、不结块的 SSP产品 ,同时可节酸降耗 ,将熟化期缩短至 3～ 5天。

In the light of the fact that 90% of the total phosphate rock in China is mid or low grade phosphate rock, the process of utilizing mid and low grade phosphate rock to produce no caking SSP is developed based on plenty of industrial experiments.It is shown that porous,no caking SSP product can be obtained,acid and energy consumption can be decreased and ripening time can be shortened to 3～5days in the process.
