摘要
漂洗是活性白土湿法生产工艺中的重要环节。研究表明 ,铝离子在不同 p H值活化液中的含量及存在形态是影响活性白土漂洗工艺的主要因素。在此基础上 ,提出了在活性白土湿法生产工艺中对活化液先分酸 ,后加极少量钾盐进行漂洗的新方法 ,并证明了该方法的可行性。利用新方法 ,可使湿法生产活性白土的漂洗次数比传统方法的漂洗次数减少 1~ 2次 ,每次漂洗时间从 4-6 h缩短到 0 .5 h,大大提高漂洗工效 ,从而提高了活性白土生产效率和产品质量。同时建立了漂洗工艺模型 ,使漂洗新方法从经验上升为理论 。
Rinse is an important process to produce activated clay produced by acid activated method. It is shown that the content and occurrence ways of Al ion in activation solution with different pH value are critical factors, which influence on rinse of activated clay. According to this result, new method about rinse of activated clay is put forward. This method is that a few potash salt is added in the activation solution after the acid in solution is removed, and is feasibly proved by experiments. Using this method, rinse number is less 1~2 times than that of traditional method, rinse time is decreased from 4~6 hours to 0.5 hour. Thus, rinse efficiency is improved.At the same time, a new rinse model is established according to experimental experience, which may direct the practical production.
