票据的无效是基于出票行为在形式要件上不合法或当事人更改法定不得更改事项而导致的后果 ,票据行为的无效是附属票据行为的行为人基于票据的实质要件或形式要件欠缺而导致的票据法上的后果。两者既具有紧密的联系 。

Invalidity of bills results from the fact that act of draft is illegal on formal important documents of litigants alter the items stipulated non-modified by law while invalidity of act on commercial law is due to the fact that auxiliary actors on negotiable instrument are lack in substantial important documents of formal important documents of bills. Both of them are not only of close relation but much difference. [
