目标市场定位是出版社经营管理中的关键环节。本文分析了我国出版社目标市场定位中存在的问题 ,阐明了原因 。
Selecting target market is the key problem in management and administration of publishing firms. This article analyzes the problems of Chinese publishing houses in choosing traget market, explains the reasons and elaborates the tactics to make further improvement.
