摘要
在普通双酚A环氧树脂中引入活性基团改性的低温环氧树脂进行改性,采用不同种类的低温固化剂及不同的促进剂比例对涂层的低温(-10^-5℃)固化性能进行研究,并进行了综合性能评价,研制出一种可满足防腐工程冬季施工的低温固化环氧树脂防腐蚀涂料。
In the research, the reactive-group modified epoxy resin was introduced to the system of hisphenol A epoxy resin. The low temperature curing performance of different kind of curing agents and different usage amounts of accelerator were Compared. The comprehensive performance of the epoxy coatings cured at low temperature ( -10 to -5 ℃ )was evaluated. Finally, the low temperature curing epoxy anticorrosion coatings was developed to meet the requirement of application in winter.
