摘要
国内外的学者在归纳影响纺织服装电子商务关键成功因素的过程中,大多数都是采用调查问卷的实证分析法进行研究的。本文采用一种新的方法—质性分析方法来进行研究。首先,以互联网上已发表的文章为数据源,采用质性分析方法并结合Nvivo8软件,初步得出了17个相关因素。然后,通过与以往研究者总结的关键因素进行匹配,进而获得了16个相关因素。最后将这些因素进行归纳和分类,得出了一个关于纺织服装的电子商务体系。这一体系包括以下6个层面:战略相关因素、网站相关因素、市场营销相关因素、物流相关因素、员工相关因素、管理相关因素,而且这6个层面的发展可以通过协同共享来加强。
Domestic and foreign scholars adopt questionnaire survey to study the key success factors affecting textile and garment e-commerce, this paper introduces a new method-qualitative analysis. First of all, this paper is based on published articles in the Internet as a data source, and initially obtains 17 factors by qualitative data analysis. Then, this paper gets the 16 factors by previous researchers summarized the key factors to match. At last, we obtains an e-commerce system by summarizing and abstracting these factors. This system includes the following six levels: strategy-related factors, site-related factors, marketing factors, logistics related factors, staff factors, management factors, including, six levels of development can be strengthened through collaborative sharing.
