摘要
文化旅游产业主要是由人文旅游资源所开发出来的旅游产业,是整个旅游产业链条中的重要一环。文化旅游产业的发展程度也是各地竞争软实力的体现。本文针对文化旅游产业发展面临的一些困境,例如人才不足、行业壁垒严重、文化旅游特色不明显以及市场化运作不足等,提出按照构筑人才高地、理顺体制机制、打造特色品牌、搞好资源创新的原则来适度发展文化旅游产业,有序推进旅游产业的做大做强。
Cultural tourism industry is dominated by the cultural tourism resources of the developed tourism industry, is an important part of the tourism industry chain, which reflects the development of cultural tourism industry or not but also the competition of soft power. In view of cultural tourism, professional development is faced with some difficulties, such as shortage of talents, industry barriers, cultural tourism being not obvious and the operation of the market problems. According to building the highland of talents, straighten out the mechanism, build brand characteristics, good resource and the principle of innovation to moderate the development of cultural tourism industry, in order to promote the industry bigger and stronger.
