浅谈中美环境卫生学研究生培养模式的差异——基于中南大学与约翰·霍普金斯大学的实例分析

Comparison of postgraduate education pattern between China And America——Based on Case analysis of Central South University and Johns Hopkins University

目的:以中南大学和约翰·霍普金斯大学为例,分析中美环境卫生研究生培养模式的差异,为我国该专业研究生教育的完善提供依据。方法:采用收集网络信息、电话咨询和访谈方式获得中美环境卫生专业研究生培养模式的现状和数据。结果:中美在环境卫生研究生培养模式方面有类似的地方,但是也有明显的差距。结论:中国大学需借鉴美国培养模式的长处进一步提高我国该专业研究生的水平。

Objective ： To offer foundation for the improvement of postgraduate education of Environmental Health in China, this paper compares the difference of postgraduate education pattern in this specialty between China and America, based on the case analysis of Central South University and Johns Hopkins University. Methods： The authors collected the data and acquainted the actuality of post- graduate education pattern of environmental health between China and America through collecting information on the internet, telephone counseling and interview. Results： Though China and America have some similarities in postgraduate education pattern of environmen- tal health, there still exists obvious difference. Conclusions： The advantages of America postgraduate education pattern for reference should be to improve the postgraduate education level of environmental health in our country.
