中美麻醉护士培养模式的比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 基于中美两国麻醉护理教育的发展现状,系统地比较了中美两国在注册麻醉护士准入标准、培养方式、培养目标、课程设置、教学手段、护士资格认证及考核等培养模式上的差异,以便更好地借鉴国外麻醉护理教育的先进经验并吸取其中教训,取他人之长,补己之短,进一步优化和完善具有中国特色的麻醉护理教育的发展。
