Practices and explorations on effective combination of students' affairs and professional education in universities——A nursing perspective

高校学生工作与专业教育有机结合是"以人为本"教育理念的必然要求,也是学生工作职能转变的内在抉择。护理专业的学生工作应结合护理学科的特点和培养目标的要求,创新载体,通过国际护士节庆祝活动、护理专家的讲座指导、护理技能操作大赛、阅读和形体礼仪培训、社会实践和志愿者活动等多种途径促进学生职业素养提升。

Effective combination of students＇affairs in higher schools and professional education is the inevitable requirement of people- oriented education, and the intrinsic motivation of the functional transformation of students＂ affairs. Consequently, students＂ affairs of nursing should, on one hand, be combined with characteristics of branch of learning and demand of cultivation target; on the other hand, blaze new trails, such as celebrations of International Nurses Day, lectures of nursing experts, competitions of nursing skills, reading and manners training, social practices and volunteer activities to promote students＇occupation accomplishment.
