摘要
本文通过对临床八年制学生的特点及目前影像医学教学中问题的分析,探讨LBL和CBL相结合的教学模式的可行性。影像医学专业性强,涉及检查方法和原理较多,观察影像征象对医学生来讲非常困难。以LBL教学模式进行理论教学,以CBL模式进行影像病例教学,这种联合教学模式,可以改善影像医学教学效果,是八学制影像医学教学可行的教学模式。
By analysis of characteristics of students on eight-year program clinical medicine and problems in present medical imaging teaching, this paper discusses the feasibility of LBL and CBL combined teaching mode applying in long-term system medical image teaching. Medical imaging teaching is highly specialized, involving a lot of examination methods and principles, abstract and difficult to understand. It is also very hard for freshmen to observe image signs of cases. Combined teaching method of LBL and CBL, which conducts theory teaching by LBL teaching mode and cases images teaching by CBL teaching mode, improves medical imaging teaching effects, and is a feasible teaching model for medical imaging teaching program in 8-year program students.
