摘要
从分析银川货运中心在货运营销方面存在的问题,以及原有运输体制制约货运营销发展的不利因素入手,根据铁路货运组织改革后走向市场的要求,银川货运中心从整章建制做起,结合地域及能源构成特点,建立营销网络体系,加强营销队伍建设,结合货运产品策略和全程服务策略,努力提高铁路运输经营水平和市场竞争能力,实现铁路运输组织由内部生产型向市场导向型转变。
Starting from analyzing the problems existing in freight transport marketing in Yinchuan Freight Transport Center and the adverse factors of original transport system on restricting the development of freight transport marketing, according to the requirement of entering into market after railway freight transport organization reform, Yinchuan Freight Transport Center, starting from standardizing rules and establishing system and combining with characteristics of region and energy composition, established marketing network system, strengthened marketing team building and tried to increase the operation level and market competitive capacity of railway transportation combining with the strategies of freight transport products and whole-journey service, so as to realize the transferring of railway transport organization from inner production into market orientation.
